I’ve spent more than twenty years moving between venture capital, telecoms, and startup ecosystems across the US, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. I’ve been on both sides of the table — building multimillion-dollar product portfolios as a senior executive and sitting with founders chasing their first checks.

What I saw, over and over, was the same frustration.

Investors would say: “We’re wasting time explaining the basics again.”
Founders would say: “VC lacks transparency. I never get feedback.”

That gap — between great ideas and investable businesses — is what drove me to create my investment readiness work.

I believe women should have more hands in the flow of capital — as founders and as investors. Too much money is still locked out of their reach, not because of potential, but because the system assumes they should already know how the game is played.

My passion is to level that playing field. I teach founders how to build credible financials, clean cap tables, and strong data rooms so investors can move faster. And I help investors spend less time explaining and more time backing the businesses that deserve it.

Getting investment-ready isn’t about a prettier pitch deck. It’s about walking into the room — and through the diligence that follows — prepared, confident, and on equal footing.

That’s the work I do every day, and it’s why I built Hippo Seeds and Seed Vault: to demystify venture capital, speed up the path to “yes,” and open more doors for founders who might otherwise be overlooked.
